SCRIP is gift certificates that St. Alphonsus School buys at a discounted rate and sells to you at face value. An example is a $100 gift certificate which Safeway sells to the school for $95. When you buy the $100 gift certificate for $100, the school has made $5!
How can I maximize the benefit to the school?
