Extended Care
St. Alphonsus provides Extended Care for both the Preschool aged child, and the School-Aged child. Our staff works to create an atmosphere where children can be successful and challenged, fostering a positive self-image and providing opportunities to develop individual interests. We believe that each child is a gift from God! Our goal is that each child knows that they are a very special and unique creation, loved unconditionally by God. Extended care endeavors to provide a loving and secure environment where each child feels safe to explore his/her world and develop healthy relationships. This supervised care is provided before school (7:00-8:25 am) and after school (3:00-6:00 pm). The playground and family center are also available for Extended Care use. Rates for this program are $4.25 an hour or $260 a month, whichever is less. You are pursuing the best for your family and we want to help! At St. Alphonsus we believe that parents are the most important adults in a child’s life; we will “Encourage and partner with your Family.” Only by working in partnership with parents can we achieve the best for a child.
